So... As you may, or may not know, Deviant Art was recently hacked.

So why is it that having been a member now for 2 years I've not received an email alerting me of this hacking, or a global alert or something. Why am I finding out about this through an online magazine rather then dA... I'm quiet upset about this now. While I love dA for allowing artist's of any medium to share their work, and inspire others, I may just have to think twice about my continued use of this website over dA's "silence" on this.

The returning of one's muse.
So if anyone actually noticed, the last piece of work before this last batch was on Dec 1, 2009. And the only reason for that was, there was none. Yup, 5 and a half months of nothing. December/January was so busy at work that I just didn't have the time, or energy to make anything pushing the craft so far to the back burner that it was all but forgotten.
After realizing I better get my but in gear, with only a month and a bit before the local farmers market season started, my passion and drive came flying back like a rogue ball when not paying attention. It feels great to be behind my pliers again, even if my hands may not think so after the
Why do people like this exist

Holy wow... 2 months since I last put a picture up. I'm not dead, just really really busy. I haven't made much of anything new and fancy. I bought a Ringinator and love it, it speeds up my cutting time from 2hrs/coil to
Baked Silver
Since I finally have my new Argentium Silver wire, Half hard, I decided to attempt to Heat Harden all the dead soft rings I have left over, just cause dead soft is REALLY soft. When I got home from work today I looked up the info needed and proceded to preheat the oven and baking sheet to 400F, Then poured the silver rings onto the sheet and let bake for 2 hours. On a side note those wierd rubber oven gloves actually work.
2 Hours later when I turned the oven off and looked inside all my silver was a Brownish color, I snapped a pic and then pulled the sheet out and let cool while I slept. The resulting cooled silver rings are now a pale yell

not that it matters much to me, but still they shouldnt keep it quiet like this. Hell when FA was hacked, dragoneer went nuts and we ALL knew lol
